Ingredients of my
life come from my Spanish/Italian heritage and a deep
affinity for making great food with friends and family. Music and film have also been part of what attracts me to sharing time with friends and creating new ideas. Pintxo Sauce is a culminationof all my interests put together.
I have to give thanks to one of my best friends, Scott Scheidt of Sabor of Spain who gave me the chance to create some very unique and traditional menus for the celebrated Mill Valley Film Festival in my home town of San Rafael. Spanish Tapas and Pintxos has been our focus collecting ideas from around the world.
"Pintxo" is a word from the Northern Basque country of Spain, used to describe the convivialy inspired foodsmeant for sharing with a group of people over drinks.
